| a) If she likes the AP brand, the RO design, and the EXTERIOR execution of this piece (size, dial layout & color, bracelet shape and finish, etc.)
b) If the watch fits and looks beautiful on HER wrist
c) If a & b are true, GO for it!

P.S. The movement finishing is unlikely to be of any importance to HER, plus you can't see it anyway (solid back). So, I wouldn't worry about it. Rest assured that AP wouldn't risk their good reputation by doing a poor job on this movement.
