I'm very happy to hear that your enthusiasm for AP and RO may have positively rubbed off on your girlfriend. Mine, as much as I tried, did NOT rub off on my wife. She likes my RO Chrono on MY wrist, but the RO is just too "masculine" for her tastes. So, down the Cartier road she went, and now FM is on the horizon...(My wife must have the same look your girlfriend had when the watch was on her wrist, with the same thought running through her head: "It's perfect.")
I'm glad that your girlfriend found the Offshore to be comfortable and likes the look. It's certainly distinctive on the wrist, esp. on a woman's wrist. Shows a bit of "toughness" in character; so you'd better watch out, Gritt! =)
