In the many ROs (except Offshore and 15300) I have handled at ADs, and my Jumbo, I have always found a particularly flawed spot that was consistent on the all the pieces. These areas were very poorly finished, they were very rough. The ROs finish is really nice, but these areas are really bad. Area #2, is poorly finished, it is rough, and doesn't even looked finished. Area #1, is on the underside of that link, it is not brushed to a high standard. Otherwise, the underside of the bracelet is still very nice overall. Refer to the picture below to what I mean.
I know I may get crucified for this, but what's a thread without the deviants?
The RO is still my favourite watch, and I still love AP, the movements still are flawless, but somehow, I just like Patek and Lange finishing better.
