The problem i was talking about was that the strap was being schredded at the plots.I just love the alinghi team, such a superb watch, the alinghi and the big pilot watch reference 5002 are my two favorites of all time.IMHO the RB2 and the grand prix can`t even get close on these two watches!Hope you one post some pictures of all your collection in one big picture.
