Great AP.

I suggest you contact your nearest AP service center, they are very helpful with straps. Be sure and post some photos after you change the strap.

Enjoy and wear in the best of health.

PLEASE DON'T DO THAT!

Hi, Andry,

I don't remember specifically if the movement in that model has specifically addressed the old "danger period" of adjusting the date, but just to be on the safe side, PLEASE DON'T ADJUST THE DATE BETWEEN 9p and 1a!!!

The gears are engaged for the date changed during that period, and traditional date change designs will allow great damage to occur if one tries to engage and force change the date when the time indicated is in the "danger period."

I'd watch the timepiece very carefully after what you described, and make sure the date changes correctly at the right time for the next several weeks.

Besides that, congratulations! One of my favorite of the new Offshores. I don't know of any nicknames yet (a la Bumblebee or Panda) for this model.

Cheers,

TM
