well it is true that the geneva hallmark being applied on the dial could be understandable from the fact that the movement does not appear in the Tour de l'Ile.
However, 2 other anniversary pieces with exhibition backs also feature the hallmark on their dial. My understanding is that this is yet annother design feature (along with the new case/lugs, crown) specially for the anniversary pieces.
I personnaly don't mind the hallmark on the dial but others I have spoken to think the contrary.
