It is certainly impressive and no doubt VERY complicated, but I do not find it beautiful..

But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I hope I am not out of line if I say that the whole seems a bit overdone.
The different shaped hands on the dial seem to clash with each other. Especially the hour and minute hands seem out of place on the lovely white dial. The moon face is just too roguish. The hour markers seem insignificant and undersized. The best things about the watch are its lustrous case, the elegant white dial and the amazing tourbillon.

Forgive me if I have offended anyone but this is how I feel when I see this monumental work.



...time is precious...a mechanical movement measures it with dignity...
