Dear enthusiasts,
this was supposed to be the surprise of the year (and i think it is), but since the news are out you may appreciate some preliminary impressions.

BMW Individual for Girard-Perregaux
During an exclusive event on the 13th and 14th of September in Gstaad an exceptional car issued from the partnership between the prestigious watchmaker Girard-Perregaux and the "Individual" department of BMW was unveiled.
Dr. Luigi Macaluso on the key elements of the new car:
"Inspired by Movement, stands for the endless search for beauty, for emotion, for excellence. (
) At the level of excellence of Girard-Perregaux and BMW, cars and watches transcend their function, they have a sensibility, one could even say a soul."

Personally i find this outstanding; unlike the Ferrari era, thereīs no direct cooperation between BMW and Girard-Perregaux today. BMW creating a dedicated car in the super-sedan range for "our" cherished brand is a most stunning turn of events and it might say a bit about Girard-Perregaux!
I can say, iīm seriously impressed!
