What is the definition of thermal curl and my hair is very coarse and thick, and i prefer a type of curly look which is easy for me in my busy schedule including going to the gym. Should i order the medium strength formula of the naturalrelaxer. Kindly reply to me soon so i can get started

We ship all over the world. Thermal curl is with a curling iron. The strength of Naturalaxer depends on your hair texture and desired effect. When you say "coarse" do you mean N4 or N5 (check the nap-o-meter) http://www.naturalaxer.com/nap-o-meter.html)
If your hair is very tight like N4 or N5 hair then use the Maximum and don't smooth it just let it sit so your curls are not disturbed. If your hair is N3 then use the Medium. Smoothing will flatten the curls into waves.
