Q. I have an 11 year old biracial child. her hair is very, very curly. if i blow dry it, it gets frizzy. i can't do anything to it for her graduation on tuesday, please suggest something i can do with her hair to prevent the frizzies at home. i don't have the money to go to a beauty salon or buy any products at this time, however, i need some advice on what i can do to help the frizzies for her to have a nice hairstyle for her 5th grade graduation. i usually just put mousse in her hair while it's wet, and it looks nice, but i want it a little fluffy, not the wet look for her graduation, the mousse leaves it looking wet, i don't want that for her graduation.

A. Curly hair needs three things: moisture, moisture and more moisture! Give your daughter a pre-shampoo hot oil treatment with our H2O thermal conditioner to soften her hair. Use SOFT CURL shampoo follow with MOISTURE CURL conditioner. Next apply our moisturizing HAIR DEW gel it will dry soft not wet looking. Daily apply the HAIR POLISH or NATURAL PRESS hairdressing to keep the frizzies away.
Avoid products such as mousse that may contain too much alcohol and increase the dryness problem.
You may want to try our Mild Naturalaxer Kit in Jar to soften and loosen her curl to make styling easier in the future. http://www.curlrelaxer.com
Congratulations on her graduation.
