Q. I have Naturally Curly hair and underneth the top layer is beautiful curls
but the top layer is damaged and I wanted to know what you could recomend so
my hair can all be very curly

A. You didn't say how your hair became damaged on top. But , to stop breakage of damaged hair use the RECOVERY TREATMENT hair bonding mask. To put moisture in the hair use the HYDROLYZER conditioner. On a daily basis use the NATURAL PRESS hairdressing.
Once your hair is in better condition it should start to have more elasticity and curl. You may need to use the HAIR DEW moisturizing gel to keep the curls tight.
