Dear A nony mouse,
Welcome to the forum.
The St Moritz automatic chrono is still in production using movements supplied by ETA/Swatch group. I am not sure about that exact coloured dial you pictured being in current production but Chopard always have a number of variants.
Unless you particularly like the case shape which is reminescent of, and possibly in response to spory demand following Audemars-Piguet's Royal Oak model from 1972; I would divert your attention to the LUC models also from Chopard which have Chopard designed/manufactured movements. Alas, if you are set on chronographs, there are no LUC chronographs...YET.
Chopard also make the Mille Miglia range of chronographs with limited editions and unlimited models.
