(Salinas tells Gaviota (and Arthur tells Miguel at hacienda at same time) about the different grades of coffee and how they are grown and processed at the haciendas and trilladoras. Salinas tells Gaviota that they have to support Sebastian in everything regarding his gourmet coffee...
Meanwhile Miguel is telling Juancho that aguardiente and roncito are not good enough for him, he has his own little bottle of whisky handy... lol!!...)
(Ivan is fighting with his agent over the phone, the customer grocery chains want to take Ivan's coffee off their shelves, so he gets hysterical yelling at his friend that he wont allow that, especially now that his computer is blanked out... Ivan gets Angela to ask Marcia's dad to help get Marcia to return the diskettes to him... naughty boy Ivan always gets mommy to fix his messes)
(Arthur gets to the house alone, Paula is worried that it is late and Miguel is not home yet. Paula has Leonor serve Arthur dinner but she will wait for Miguel... Almost immediately Miguel arrives home... Paula has Leonor serve them dinner, starting with soup... Arthur is still eating on other end of table... Arthur enjoys his soup very much, while Miguel is gagging at it... asks Paula what is it, she says mondongo soup. Miguel says the seasoning is terrible, and eventually Paula offers to make him something else. Paula leaves for the kitchen. Miguel tries to make conversation with Arthur about Leonor's terrible cooking , and begins to ask Arthur if he is not missing some of the typical dishes from Europe, mentioning some specifically by name...
Mi: Puede con esa sopa?
Ar: Siii!! Me fascina el mondongo!! (Arthur gets up and leaves kind of disgusted at watching the way Miguel treats Paula and everything else...)
( later that night, Gaviota is still working with Salinas... Salinas gets Gaviota to order him some food...)
Gav: Si Usted sigue en esa trabajadera y esa tomadera de tinto (coffee), le va a entrar un berryberry (lol!!) de mucho cuidado!
Sal: Es que a mi no me gusta comer solo.
Gav: Doctor... si yo lo ayudo en ese trabajo, Usted me promete que va a comer?
Sal: Pero entonces tiene que compartir conmigo!
Gav: (gets up and takes the bag kind of irritated toward the conference table in his office) Pues Usted si parece un niño chiquito!!
(later while they are eating...)
Gav:... Ay Doctor!... Y Usted de cuando aca se dio por llamarme a mi Gaviota?
Sal: Es que es la unica manera que tengo de resolver el problemita ese de Carolina y Catalina! (LOL!!!)
(I have to say here that Salinas is beginning to lose his hysterical attitude towards work and is beginning to soften up, especially with Gaviota's influence and in front of her... could he be falling in love with her?? ...)
(Gaviota tells Carmenza maybe the long hours job is best because it keeps her from spending the entire day thinking of Sebastian. Gav tells her mother how Salinas defended her. Carmenza says maybe she is getting interested in Salinas as a man)
(Lucia calls Susana, Susana gives her the bad news, Gaviota was not transferred!! SHE WAS PROMOTED!!!... Lucia is in disbelief)
(Miguel complains to Paula about Leonor's ironing skills, there are double slits in his shirt sleeves, it screws up his image to the workers... lol!!... Lucia calls Paula with the news, Paula tells Lucia she has only one option left... Lucia is not sure, will think about it... )
(Lucrecia tells Ivan she found a specialist doctor in Fort Lauderdale now to begin fertility treatments with, so she will only be away a few hours... she does not have to travel far anymore ...)
(Marcia tells her dad she knows those diskettes are important to Ivan for a very important reason, otherwise he would not be so anxious to get them back... the info he could get at Assoc in a few days, the diskettes must have something else he fears... she tells her dad her condition to return them is for Ivan to come to Colombia personally and confront her personally...)
