and if it is a remake (as compared to a sequel) I agree that Danna could be the leading role, especially if it is a requirement to sing, which she does... I too am enjoying her very much as Norma in PdG. That is such a fun novela to watch (my favs are the three boys, the three girls, Eva and Martin, and Quintina, she is so funny), if we ff the villains I can't stand them, especially Fernando...
back to the 'remake'.. I too was very surprised that CSM sold much more than Cafe, especially with the weaker leading lady and leading male ... maybe it sold more because it was from Televisa and mexican novelas have more visibility overseas than south american ones like colombian and peruvian novelas...
