(Gaviota is sitting at a rock looking out to sea, still dressed in one of the dresses he bought her from the vendor. Sebastian has changed to a swimsuit and approaches her, sits down wrapping his legs around her. We are looking at them close up, with the sea in the background…)
Seb: Mira lo que nos compre! Mira. Te gusto en mi? (showing her a string necklace he has already on his neck, putting hers around her neck)
Gav: Ay, si!
Seb: Mira, son especiales. Estos son de San Andres y son para un ritual que vamos a hacer aqui con este mar de testigo. Te parece? (end of episode 137, I believe)
G: Y ese ritual, quien se lo conto?
Seb: No, es mi ritual. Lo unico que tienes que hacer es cerrar los ojos y repetir despues de mi. Yo Gaviota!...
G: Yo, Gaviota...
Seb: Prometo amar a Sebastian Vallejo...
Gav: Prometo amar a Sebastian Vallejo... (so far she is doing it very willingly)
Seb: ... Respetarlo, obedecerlo, aguantar sus locuras (when he said obedecerlo, she immediately changed her facial expression to one of 'wait a minute!' slight protest)... sigue, sigue!.. (they both laugh)
Gav: No!! A mi que me coja un tiburon si firmo el trato ese!! (points out to sea, since they are right in front of open sea)
Seb: De hecho! EL te coge... no, no! Continuemos! De estar con EL en las buenas y en las malas...
Gav: Estar con EL en las buenas y en las malas...
Seb: Y de amarlo! ... para siempre!...
Gav: Y amarlo para siempre. (kissy kissy)
Seb: mmmmhh! sello con un beso!...
(at CE, Ivan says goodbye to Francisco as he is leaving for NYC. Francisco will stay managing CE while Ivan is away. Fran asks Ivan to hurry back with the money (the agreed amount Ivan would buy their shares of CE from both Francisco and Bernardo). Fran wants to go away on vacation himself after Ivan's return)
(cute scene... Gaviota is sleeping, Sebastian is leaning on his elbow beside her, showers her hair with lose flower petals after giving her a kiss, she didn't wake up completely...)
(At assoc, Investigator announces to Avellaneda the bad news, yes there were 'exportaciones ficticias' (phony shipments, actually shipments much smaller than the amounts shown on the paperwork).. not right now, but two years ago, and the number exceeds 50,000 sacks of coffee. But this is not the only crime, but also falsification of public documents and other felonies. Avellaneda orders CE's exporting license to be revoked/terminated immediately. He will also send all the facts to public prosecution officers for them to take action as well as appropriate, and talk to the american banks where the Vallejos have financial relations to shut them down financially for CE.
(Beach volleyball scene, Seb has come out to the beach where lots of young people are playing volleyball, Gav wakes up and puts on a bikini two piece swimsuit and comes out to meet Seb... she does not seem to happy that he is surrounded by young girls. Seb tells her he was not sleepy so came out for a walk. Gav asks him if he is worried about Ricardito (Lucia's son).
Seb: Pues si! Me atormenta no poder verlo y no saber que pasa con EL.
Gav: Y no se puede hacer nada?
Seb: No!... (does not want to talk about it now...)
(Lucia and Miguel seem to have scaled down to a single more affordable hotel room... Miguel is obviously not comfortable there... Lucia calls the lawyer's office. she is not happy when they tell her the job will take much longer than they expected since Seb is not willingly giving her anything, they have to go through the long suit procedures... Seb won't give them any money or let them leave the country. Lucia questions the lawyer's ability to accelerate the process and asks him to move it along faster. She hangs up concerned. Miguel seems to be running out of patience, Lucia says they have to save even more... Miguel complains that they are even cutting down to two meals a day (b-l) and he wants to have a full N-course dinner at a restaurant... he is also annoyed by baby's crying... lol)
