(Juancho tells Sebastian someone invited them to a bullfight show outside of town. they are headed there. Gaviota is asking around the people in the balconies if they have seen Sebastian [some would know him by name, some would know him by having worked at the hacienda, and she is giving his features monito, ojiverde, etc, to others ... noone has seen him. Finally they get to where the trio is... Gav asks the trio, one of them heard Juancho say where they went...)
At the bullfight place:
Juancho warns Sebastian that one of the bulls, el Siete Luchas, is well known for being rough, has taken with him several drunk guys every year...
Seb: Siete luchas? Este es mi toro!
Jua: Don Sebastian!! El Siete luchas lo puede matar!! Es peligrosisimo!! Don Sebastian, no haga eso!!
(Gaviota arrives at the place, comes down to the circle and begins to call for Sebastian when she sees him walking around trying to get the bull's attention. He can't hear her because of all the crowd noise. She finally gets the attention of Juancho, who begins to call Sebastian out... but before he can get Sebastian to look their way, Sebastian is tackled by the bull once, falls on his rear end, we can tell Guy has a smile on his face but this did hurt... When he gets up he continues to call for the bull, but Juancho finally gets his attention and points to Gaviota...)
Jua: Mire a la Gaviotita, Doctor!! Mirela!!
( Once Sebastian sees Gaviota, he freezes... and Juancho has to drag him out, Gaviota meets them a few yards from the wall...)
Jua: Venga, hombre, venga!!!
(When Seb finally wakes up and goes toward Gaviota, he slips and falls but immediately gets up, picks her up and carries her behind the wall with a huge smile on his face, to match hers. Once behind the wall, he turns to her, as if he cannot believe she is really there, with a longing as if his life depended on whether this was a dream, a hallucination, or reality ... approaches her and takes her face in his hands and gives her a good smooch... then he turns to the crowd briefly and yells Mi Gaviooottaaaa!!! giving her a big ol' squeeze hug...)
Gav: No, pero porque me ha hecho buscarlo por todo el pais?? Me ha hecho buscarlo por todo el pais!!
Seb: TU me hiciste buscarte por todo el pais una vez, te acuerdas?
Gav: Y que es eso que Usted cambio mi cassette por 2 litros de aguardiente?
Jua: Fui yo, Gaviotica!
Seb: Si... (he is breathless, possibly in part because of the level of alcohol in him and in part because of the excitement of being in front of the bull and also of course because of her)
Gav: Usted?? (looking at Juancho momentarily, Seb and Gav begin to walk toward the exit...)
Seb: (turns around to her ) Pero que tal??! La vez que tu me pagaste 200 miserables PESOS por una exhibicion que te hice frente a la Asociacion, te recuerdas?
Gav: Si!... (smiling, they are both jumping out of their skin of happiness, can't keep their hands or lips from each other...)
Seb: ... Gaviota...
Gav: Pero adivine que!! Ya lo recupere yo!!
Seb: Si?
Gav: SI!!
Seb: .. Gaviota... (gets serious, their faces are very close) Tienes que decirme algo... pero quiero que seas sincera! Tu no has venido ni por compasion ni por lastima! Dime eso!
Gav: Usted como es que va a decirme eso? Despues que me he RAJA'O la vida por venir aca!! (big sigh and lean back of relief by Seb and then another big hug) No!! Pero yo se que Usted tiene a Salinas entre pecho y espalda!! Pero no ha pasado nada!! Porque si quiere vea... (she turns around and what she says is lost in the noise)
Seb: Mira!! Yo me iria a la carcel!! Yo cumpliria cadena perpetua!! Solo por estar... donde estas TU... Pero se sincera, me amas?
Gav: Ah?
Seb: Me amas? (she nods a playful no, then they kiss)
Gav: (whispers almost on his mouth) y Usted me ama a mi? (bunch of smooches into commercial break)
(later, it is nighttime already, there are fireworks being thrown at the moment... Sebastian and Gaviota are still walking around town, kissy kissy...)
Gav: Ay, mire, vea!! No! Usted si me tiene muy nerviosa, pues!!
Seb: Y eso porque?
Gav: De que otra manera le compruebo que yo me vine aqui porque yo lo quiero tanto! (kiss)
Seb: Sabe que?? Juancho!! Juancho!!(Juancho is there in an instant like a loyal dog...) Tengamela aqui que yo ya regreso!! (begins to go away, but Gav runs after him and grabs him by the arm and turns him around, great drunk acting by Guy again as if he is losing his balance)
Gav: Como asi que tengamela!.. Un momentico! Usted siempre que se va ocurre una desgracia!!
Seb: Noo! Es que le VA a ocurrir una desgracia! Quedese, Juancho! Me la cuida! (leaves)
Jua: Tranquilo, Sebastian! No se preocupe, Gaviota! EL ahora volvio a la vida!! Desde que la reconocio, le volvio la vida, Gaviota! (Sebastian returns after a while, seems like they are somewhere else now)
Seb: Yo ya se la forma que me demuestres que viniste no por compasion y si por amor! Que te cases conmigo.
Gav: Y si yo le digo que si entonces que? Esa es la forma de demostrarselo?
Seb: Es que... vas a tener una vida muy dura! si te casas con alguien por remordimiento!
Gav: (smiles) No, pues Usted si me la ha puesto muy facil! Porque Usted es lo que yo mas he querido en la vida! (plants a quick kiss on his lips)
Seb: No, espera un momento! Que esto no va a ser nada facil! Tu vida a mi lado no va a ser facil porque yo ya no tengo nada para ofrecerte. La hacienda esta en la ruina... los acreedores VORACES estan atras de mi y los cafetales... estan quemados! Lo unico que yo tengo es un hombre que te quiere mucho... y eso es todo mi capital!
Gav: Noo! Pero que es lo que Usted me esta diciendo? Yo con USTED me iria... debajo de un puente!... de unos cafetales con roya!... mejor dicho, en un basurero como pueda!, yo viviria con Usted!
Seb: Y entonces... me aceptas por amor?
Gav: Yo a USTED??.. (after each reason she plants a kiss on him)por AMOR, por idolatria! por veneracion! por respeto! por admiracion y todo! Yo no se si eso le sirva!
Seb: Mmm! Eso para mi es mas que suficiente! Pero dime... entonces cuando nos casamos?
Gav: Pues vea! Yo cuando le hable a su abuela (he smiles), yo le dije que yo me lo encontraba a Usted y me lo llevaba para una iglesia, pero ahi mismo!! Pero Usted no es un hombre casado pues, joven??
Seb:(he enjoys swinging his finger side to side on her face ) Ya no!! Mi matrimonio fue... (waving his hands from their faces out as in saying 'no go') ANULADO!... Mejor dicho! Yo estoy tan soltero cuando como (blooper?) como cuando me conociste!
Gav: Entonces cuando es la boda pues?
Seb: Que tal manana?
Gav: Tan tarde?? Yo me quiero casar con Usted pero... YA!!
Seb: No! Es que yo dije manana porque a esta hora ya no hay iglesia abierta!
Gav: Bueno, entonces manana a primera hora!
Seb: (turns to the cameras with a huge smile on his face) SENORES!!... Ella se acepta casar conmigo, por amor!! Mi Gaviota!! (kiss kiss , a trio comes toward them and begin to play 'La Gloria eres tu')
