Rereading Marta's wonderful summaries brought back all the feelings I had when I saw these two together..I felt very unsettled...enjoying their chemistry but feeling guilty for enjoying it...due to my allegiance to Gaviota...unlike the standard novelas where the couple's fate is pre-ordained and everyone else they attempt to have a relationship with is NEVER believable because we know this fact from the very beginning...and frankly alot of those scenes are boring and unnecessary...this novela was so unusual because I could actually see and feel and believe that Sebastian and Daniela COULD be a couple..they had wonderful chemistry and their dialogue was memorable..Daniela was a great "other" woman..not typical at all...I didn't hate her..or even
dislike her..as I probably would in other novelas where someone came between the main couple..I actually liked her and FEARED her at the same time because she was a REAL threat to Gaviota..she could well have taken over Gaviota's place..believably so..this added to the charm of this novela..

As compared to other not so likely to survive couples in novelas (from LaM I could remember Deme/Nicole for example)... these two had a lot in common and they were more closely matched in needs and what they could give each other than most 'antagonist' couples in novelas.

I just wanted to tell you that I saw Salome. It was my first experience watching Guy Ecker. Even though the part he played did not compare to the strong parts as in La Mentira and Cafe, he was wonderful and
sharing the scenery with Edith Gonzalez was very well selected by Juan Osorio, the Director. They had wonderful chemistry together and they matched perfectly. I liked it and do recommend it. Actually
its separated in two parts, before the birth of the baby (Liam, his real son) and we jump ahead to approximately 20 years later. The second part is very different but still worth watching. I would say do tape it, you won't be sorry if you like Guy Ecker.
I don't think any other actress he has shared the screen with has had more kisses than the ones he gave to Salome. There are a few memorable scenes you are not going to want to miss, JUST BEFORE TAMPICO AND ALL THAT HAPPENED IN TAMPICO.

I’m currently watching La Mentira and I saw Salomé last year. There are some things about the novela that aren’t that great – too many car chases, some odd characters and wild occurrences, but it was fun all the same, and like Elizabeth, I thought Guy and Edith were great together! In my opinion they were well matched, and had great chemistry. Also, by novela standards, Elizabeth is right in that there were quite a lot of kissing/romantic/passionate scenes between Guy and Edith – wonderful! Tampico was wonderful, and there are also some location shots in Oaxaca that were very nice too. Aaron Hernan (Padre Williams from La Mentira) also has a nice role in this novela. If you’re looking for a more “realistic” style novela, this might not be your cup of tea; but if you don’t mind putting up with some silliness in the writing (and if you’re taping, you can always fast-forward through some of the scenes you’re not that interested in), and would like see Guy (and Edith, who in my opinion happens to be one of the better novela protagonista actresses around these days), in quite a few romantic scenes, I bet you won’t be disappointed…. By the way, everyone’s look changes after the 20-year time jump, so if you don’t care for ‘80s fashions, you’ll probably be pleasantly surprised at how good Edith and Guy look after the 20-year time jump – not to mention that they both seemed to have drunk from the fountain of youth – enjoy…

I ave to say, I also watched Cafe, and it is my favourite telenovelas, and I LIKE IT SO MUCH!!
But as far as I have seen Salome, I must say that Guy has a weak charcater, Julio is i my opinion a weak person, compared with Sebastian. But his acting is very good, off cours. What do you think??

There is no comparison in personalities. Julio was an only child brought up by a very domineering mother, made his life miserable and wanted to make all decisions for him, and made them. It was only after his wife's death that he took charge of his life.
That was the beauty of the novela, it gave us alot to "chew" on every day. He made us angry at the way he handled things, and kept us watching and comming back for more. Sebastian was in another novela, Cafe, and Julio was in Salome. two completely different stories. Both worth watching for the love of Guy.

by the end of the novela... Julio never enjoyed that growth, even when he was quite a bit older as a character than Sebastian was at the end of the respective novelas... Sebastian wins by a mile!! Interesting, multi-faceted, well-developed character and Guy was much more comfortable playing him, especially at the age he did, than he was with Julio.

I watched Salome last year on Univision. Unfortunately I tuned in late, and I really wasn't diligent about watching until the beginning of part two. I liked it and would recommend it - especially if you enjoy the acting of Guy and Edith. I wish I had watched it from the very beginning which according to my forum friends was better than the second half, and I am really sorry that I missed all of those wonderful scenes in Tampico! Hopefully I will have the opportunity to see it again one day - and this time from the very first episode.
By the way, are you watching Salome in the US? If you are, what network are you watching it on?

Look at the Corazon Salvaje forum that began when it was played in the same time slot La Mentira is played now in Univision (1AM!!!) and many forum friends actually stayed up at 1-3 every morning watching it!! Look at this forum!! still going strong and it is about 225 forum pages old!! believe it ... or not... now compare that to the forums that we had for La Usurpadora, Nunca te Olvidare, or Salome... those are deserted now.

how different "Cafe" would have been if Sebastian and Gaviota, had had a cell phone? It would have been so totally different. Do you remember when she could not get a hold of Sebastian in London because she did not have a phone number? And when she left Cafexport after Ivan kicked her out, Sebastian missed the opportunity to talk to her because there was no way to reach her personally. And what about the time Marcela wanted to reach Sebastian in the hacienda to let him know the truth about Gaviota and missed him by a minute? I could go on about so many moments missed, disastrous decisions made because of not being able to reach someone in timw.

BUT!!!! and this is a BIG BUT!!!!!
would Sebastian and Gaviota, with the maturity level and commitment level they had at the time, have had the strength of relationship it would require to confront the family and society at the time, given her social status and his imaturity?? I'm not so sure. I think all they went through in over 5 years gave them the strength of character and the depth of their love to overcome anything, and that is what shows in the end. Not sure if things would have been much quicker the result would have been the same, or at least as smooth with people like Cecilia and the Francisco side of the family... yes, Lucia would have never been in the picture... but what about their relationship itself? would it have been the same as it was?

IMO Sebastian learned a lot and grew too much through these 5 years and his love to Gaviota had developped 200% not only 100% and Daniela's presence in clearing Gaviota's picture to him was necessary. Also Gaviota had to learn a lot of things about life too in these 5 years and understand more and more Sebastian and his problems. Her being beside Mauricio Salinas made her see stuff she didn't even think about before.....not forgetting Marcella and her efforts to stay always the liaison betwen these 2....I don't think the story and their love would have been that strong and solid if the story had a different routing

Many years ago I began to watch this telenovela with my mom, but never finished it. I think I know the ending, but would like very much to see it unfold in the novela. Does anyone know how to get a tape(s) of it? Can it be bought? Is it replaying on a particular channel? Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the dialogues ready to post for eps 116-121... but the following tape after that does not cover all that I thought it would... maybe what I thought was on one tape is really on two... I have one more episode to watch in the next tape and there is too much that is yet to happen from what I thought was in it... maybe there is another tape after that before we get to the airport scenes, San Andres and all hell breaking loose... I will know more tonight, I hope.

Lucia calls Miguel very late at night, Pau and Miguel are in bed, Miguel moves quickly and takes the phone… Mig brushes off Lucia, when he hangs up he tells Paula it was a wrong number…
Seb walks around the car to open the door for Daniela when they get to the resort.
Gaviota can't sleep worried about Sebastian… since he hasn't called…
Sebastian and Daniela tip-toe their way to the rooms, he tells Daniela she can keep his leather jacket on, and give it to him tomorrow, he will keep this scarf he stole from her to trade the next day… In bed, Sebastian is remembering the dancing with Daniela, then remembers the days when he met Gaviota and was dancing with her… Meanwhile Daniela in her room cuddles on top of Sebastian's jacket as a pillow… hmmm!!
Gaviota does not want to get up the next day, She is still waiting for Sebastian's call, and Carmenza is upset at her… Gaviota expected Sebastian to call before he leaves for his month-long trip. Phone rings. No, its not Sebastian. Its Mauricio, and eventually he invites them both to lunch, Gaviota signals Carmenza a no but Carmenza accepts for the both of them, Gaviota is pretty angry at her after Carmenza hangs up, but Carmenza is not about to deny her only chance at having some fun this weekend since Gav was out all day Sat.
Sebastian is at lobby of resort, looking and asking for Daniela. Daniela eventually comes out, but tells him she wants to cancel today's session and go to Bogota right away, she says is concerned about her car being ready.
Miguel makes a call to Lucia to reprimend her for calling him late at night, she has to stop harassing him (LOL). Paula comes behind Miguel and writes down the day/time he made a call, probably to check with the phone bill later…
D: No habra mas terapias, lo siento.
S: Porque?
D: Arreglaremos cuentas cuando lleguemos a Bogota. Por supuesto que no le cobrare la terapia de hoy.
S: No me importa la terapia de hoy. Porque la que tuve con Usted anoche fue la mejor! Mira, yo se bien lo que le esta atormentando! Son las malditas reglas de su profesion! (big sigh from him) Yo necesitaba ayuda anoche, Daniela! Estaba en una depresion y Usted logro sacarme! Eso es lo importante, o no?? Sebastian calls their version of 'AAA' and leaves his membership card for them to come pick up her car… but tells the operator to have them come get the car as late as possible… seems he wants to stay with Daniela the rest of the day and into the night…

D: O reflexiono sobre cosas sobre las que no habia reflexionado antes! (getting irritated at his attitude)

D: Sebastian, porque no nos vamos de aqui? Mañana podemos hablar de eso en la terapia. Todavia nos queda una sesion.
S: Con mucho gusto lo hablaremos, Doctora! Pero de aqui no me va a sacar nadie! Yo no pienso regresar a mi habitacion a divagar toda la noche! Quiero estar aqui! No se preocupe por mi! Si estaba atormentada pensando que me encontraria colgando de una soga o al fondo de un rio con una piedra amarrada de una pierna… despreocupese! Lo peor que puede pasarme es que mañana amanezca con un dolor de cabeza… y no voy a morirme, Daniela… y mucho menos por ella. No se acuerda? Yo tengo aun mas de 799 Millones de mujeres por conocer! Y hasta que no las conozca a todas, no pienso morirme! Tengo un trabajo bastante duro por delante.
D: Asi es. Entonces, es mejor que se acueste ya y empiece a trabajar mañana temprano. Si aspira a conocer a 799 Millones de mujeres, necesita ponerse a trabajar cuanto antes. No es facil cuadrar tantas citas. (Seb takes another couple shots of alcohol in) Sebastian, esta llevando las cosas a los extremos! No pense que fuera a reaccionar asi! Yo aspiraba a que Usted empezara a sacar conclusiones con seguridad. Pero esto se esta complicando. Y eso que apenas estamos empezando.
S: Y eso que estoy reaccionando de una forma decente. Porque en otras ocasiones, suelo quemar casas, pegarle a policias, hacer escandalos publicos! Pero esta vez me limito a portarme como un simple despechado. Lamento decepcionarla, Daniela. Pero asi somos los tipos irracionales! Nos llega una mala noticia y acudimos a la primera cantina… ponemos la musica que mas nos gusta… nos emborrachamos como salvajes, lloramos con rabia y al dia siguiente amanecemos como nuevos!

S: No, no! Su paciente estara ahi puntualmente a las 9 de la mañana! Y no se preocupe por mi, este paciente se conoce el camino de regreso. Y no llegare a pegarle al portero ni a quemar mi habitacion! Llegare tranquilo y silencioso, y con el alma mas tranquila. No se preocupe, Daniela. Yo estoy seguro que para una psicologa en un sitio de esos, debe ser muy dificil que se le vea un paciente despues de una terapia. Pero tranquila! Lo ultimo que yo haria seria manchar su hoja de vida!
D: Sebastian, a mi no me interesa que manche mi hoja de vida! Ni tampoco me interesa que se me haya volado un paciente! Me preocupa Usted!
S: Le preocupo como amigo, no como paciente?
D: Si.
S: Bueno, entonces porque no se queda conmigo un tiempo?… Ah, claro!… las reglas no lo permiten… Esta bien! Yo entiendo. Aunque esta es una de las ocasiones donde realmente necesitaria una amiga! D: Olvidelo, Sebastian… No voy a tomar.
S: Daniela… quien fue la que se sento aqui?? La psicologa que quiere ver como me descompongo con dos tragos o la amiga con la que voy a compartir un par de horas? Me gustaria que se quitara el tulo de Doctora, borrara esa mirada de psicologa, y dejara las reglas para mañana! Vea, es un Sabado por la noche. El trabajo se termino y esta aqui en su tiempo libre! S: Si!! Han estado pasando unas cosas muy extrañas ultimamente y… lo unico que no se… es quien es.

G: Pues yo no le voy a negar que si, (Mauricio) es un Señor como muy especial, y muy decente y todo. Pero de ahi a lo que yo siento por Sebastian… Porque el Doctor Salinas si, a mi me gusta verlo que El es como tan… tan protector, y esa manera como EL me mira y todo, cierto?… pero yo no se. El Doctor Salinas no tene algo que si tiene Sebastian, y yo no se que es.

I must say I was very surprised when I discovered this forum. The way you respect our favouirite Café is magnificent. I watich it and it’s about San Andres now. It’s beautiful. I would like to know how many episodes Café con aroma de mujer has, and also if you know how many El Clone has.

Gav sees Mauricio's house so clean and orderly, she tells him it seems there has been a woman's touch there. HE says no. Not yet, but he is more than willing to share it with a woman he came to love. Gav can't do anything to help Mauricio with the cooking, not even chop onions or string red peppers... and let's not talk about what she does with tomatoes trying to cut them up! lol!...
Seb stares at Daniela and puts pressure on her for their coming 3:30 session, even when she is still busy with her therapy group meeting.
Salinas and Gaviota sit down for lunch, all dishes had coffee as ingredient. Daniela and Seb begin their afternoon session.
Gav is trying to be positive but Mauro can tell she is affected by having received no call from Seb. She tells Mauro she is worried because he is under psychologist treatment. Mauro asks if she feels guilty about it.
MS: Porque? Yo entiendo que EL... pues que hay un gran amor entre Ustedes dos... Pero es muy obsesivo!! Sus celos son ENORMES!! Una posesividad, una agresividad y mire en lo que termina, una psicoterapia! Porque eso??
G: ... Pues Doctor, parece que... segun EL... yo soy la unica mujer en su vida...y que... asi va a ser siempre!! Pues, eso dice EL!...
M: La unica mujer?... Es que... El no ha tenido otras mujeres? El no esta casado?...
G: Como no se... yo no se... ni como explicarle! Vea, Sebastian solo ha podido amar a una sola mujer. Me entiende? O sea, EL tiene un matrimonio de conveniencia con su Señora. Pero pues es... ummm... pues hay muchos factores que a ellos los unen! Pero que son diferentes al amor!... D: No podemos comprobar esa teoria. A menos que Usted me pueda asegurar que entre esas 799 M de mujeres que no conoce, no hay ni una sola mujer que le pueda despertar lo mismo que le despierta Gaviota. Lo podria asegurar? Mas si tenemos en cuenta que... pues debido a su problema se ha cohibido de conocer muchas mujeres. Podria asegurarme que sin ir mas alla de las 200-300 mujeres que conoce, Gaviota es la unica mujer en el mundo para Usted? Aun sostiene esa teoria?

S: Pues, estoy sintiendo que... tiene razon! Desde el punto de vista numerico yo no puedo sostener mi previsa.
D: Desde que punto de vista la podria sostener?... Mire, Sebastian. Mi intencion no s desanimarlo de Gaviota. Mi intencion es que Usted analice, precise sus teorias. Yo no quiero que deje de pensar que Gaviota es la unica mujer en el mundo para Usted. Quiero que se de cuenta de que... esa apreciacion es mas subjetiva, y si quiere romantica, pero no es exacta. Pero Bueno! A mi lo que me interesa saber es desde que punto de vista puede sustentar su teoria.
S: Pues... desde el punto de vista... del amor!... Yo no quiero que Usted piense que todo el problema que yo tengo con Gaviota... es de orden sexual! Esa no es mi obsesion! Es mas! What's up? It's been ages since we share our opinions about wonderful "Cafe" (I miss those times...).Luckily Marta still keeps the the "Cafe" spirit with her dialogues (thanks Marta!!!).
Personally, I'm waiting for "El clone" to start here (on Sunday). I think it's going to be my next addiction...

as to "El Clon" you will like it is a different kind of novela based ona lot of true issue and a big part on the Islamic culture...I liked it and is a bit long (of course Brasilien novela).....The 2 leader actors are now having a real relation and live together after they finished filming the novela...
If you want you can post in here and we can share opinions again or if you like I can invite you to another forum where we had days and months commenting on El Clone & up until now we do so even though the novela ended here few months ago. it is a lovely forum.

I sneaked through next tape (116-121), not much there, the REALLY interesting and fast-moving episodes are right after the next tape (122-133 or so)... you will understand me later (for those familiar with keywords about events, 122-133 include reading of envelope from Octavio's will, restautant scenes, airport scenes and San Andres)... after that all hell breaks loose...

Oh Yes I love Guy. I'm just very sorry I never had a chance to see "Cafe". I discovered Guy on La Mentira back in 1999. Actually that's when I discovered this forum and ever since I am totally addicted to it!
It's the only place where I dare chat with other people...
And besides CE and Guy, there is a 3rd actor that has won my heart. His name is Victor Mallarino. As an actor he is fantastic and a professional in every way.

on these 2 lovely actors..I discovered Guy back on 1998 when I as watching Cafe on the arabic Satellite (it was dubbed) and I loved him in it so when I saw the previews on La Mentira of course I couldn't resist. I keep on visiting this forum from time to time.

Estela recently gave birth to their second child together, but I am unsure of the details. I am pretty sure that Estela had the baby at the end of March or very beginning of April, and I believe it is a girl.
If anyone knows or finds out any details about this - such as exactly when the birth occurred, if they definitely had a girl and the name given etc., please post with the information.

Its nice of you to send congratulations, but do we know if the baby arrived already? and why hasn't Guy made an anouncement? Its obvious that all his fans are waiting for news. I hope he reads this, maybe it will remind him we are anxious for news, pictures, date, weight, etc.

(when Seb gets to the therapy resort… Dra. Daniela Reyes was supposed to get there earlier and meet with him… but she is not there… he waits and waits… but she does not arrive. Finally the receptionist gets a call from Dra. R from the road saying her car broke down… it’s a small town about half an hour away… The receptionist will send a guy to get her… no, Seb says he will go himself… Dra. Reyes is talking to the local mechanic, who is trying to explain to her that she has some kind of electrical problem, he mentions the 'cargador' (alternator or ignition), he might also have to change the 'bobina', (rotor?), take down the battery, change the condenser cylinders (LOL!)… Dra. Reyes is pretty angry and asks when he will have it ready… he says it needs the electrical specialist, who is not there, she will wait… as she is kicking her wheel upset about having to wait or leave it overnight, Seb comes walking toward them…
S: Tambien coge a patadas a los pacientes cuando no sabe lo que les pasa?… (enjoying her lack of control moment)
DR: Hace cuanto llego?
S: No, hace como unos cinco minutos. La estaba observando.
DR: Ah, si? Y para que?
S: Pues la verdad es algo que aprendi de Usted, y le cuento que es muy divertido observar a la gente. Ahora, si quiere saber de las conclusiones que saque despues de observarla, le podria decir que… pues pierde el control de si misma cuando las cosas se salen de su manejo. Y hay una cierta inseguridad en sus ademanes que delatan un trauma en su pasado… Quiza… en la niñez!… Ahora, yo no se si eso se deba a que… algun mecanico estafo a su padre y Usted presencio la escena, o que paso una noche dormida en un carro varado al lado de una carretera. (lol! He is really enjoying the switch of roles here…)
DR: Tendria que hipnotizarme porque no recuerdo haber vivido algo asi.
S: Bueno, y que fue lo que le paso al carro?
DR: Ay, ojala lo supiera! Sali tarde de mi consultorio y cuando cogi carretera empezo a apagarse, recalentarse, a corcovear, y… afortunadamente logre llegar hasta aqui pero… tuve que parar varias veces en la carretera.
S: Hmmm!… Y digame, Doctora… cual es su diagnostico?
DR: (gets closer to him to whisper…) Que este tipo… me vio cara de ignorante y quiere aprovecharse de mi… (he is enjoying this very much, she turns to look at the car/mechanic again and gets more upset) Ay, por DIOS!! Me sigue desbaratando el carro!!
S: Mira, yo me entiendo con EL. Tranquila. Porque mas bien no viene aqui, se toma algo y se relaja mientras yo hablo con EL. Si? (she sits down and asks for a coffee… a little later Seb comes to sit by her…)
DR: Que paso?
S: Ah… a ver… El carro tiene un salto de electricidad. Es posible que eso se genere en los platinos o que provenga de la bobina. Y si no es ninguno de esos dos lo mas probable es que sea el alternador o la panela. Eso sin contar que la bateria probablemente se daño con el corto.
DR: Bueno, todo eso suena muy grave, pero… cuanto se puede demorar arreglandolo?
S: Bueno, a ver! A ver si lo pongo en sus terminos. Cuando a un carro le falla la electricidad es como si un cuerpo tuviera un problema neuronal. Entiende? Lo que pasa es que el carro no esta recibiendo los impulsos electricos y por consiguiente no recibe las ordenes que se le dan! Ahora, como ese es un problema neuronal, es mejor que lo vea un especialista.
DR: Y EL no lo puede arreglar?
S: Usted le dejaria un caso asi tan grave a un medico empirico de pueblo? Ahora, si me permite yo le pago el café, para quedar a mano con las invitaciones de la pasada semana…
(he takes her to the therapy resort but by the time they get there, the restaurant is closed and they can't eat there, so they end up raiding the kitchen… she is familiar enough with the place… he feels uneasy but they are both very hungry…)
(Lucia and Lucrecia are dining together at a restaurant/bar. Two guys who apparently are alone come and basically invite themselves to their table after one of them exchanges interesting stares with Lucia…)

Porque… lo que yo no quiero es pensar en ella, y Usted logra que por momentos … la olvide! … Si Usted fuera unica y exclusivamente mi amiga… y no tuvieramos que… tener esas aburridoras interrupciones sicoterapeuticas con sus reglas abominables, tal vez ya estaria curado!
DR: Ah, si? … Y porque?
S: Porque… tendria mas acceso a Usted! En vez de estar aqui comiendo a escondidas en un sitio silencioso, estariamos en un sitio alegre! Hablando!… Yo se que… para mi eso de pronto seria agradable…. Mientras que para Usted seria insoportable que un amigo la usara como un pañuelo de lagrimas.
DR: Bueno, pero… si lo que Usted necesitaba era una amiga que lo escuchara… y que lo acompañara a sitios alegres, porque no la busco entre su circulo de amistades?
S: Uhn…. Es que yo no tengo amigas psicologas… y eso seria lo ideal, mi amiga psicologa. La verdad es que… ni siquiera tengo a migas! Y si las tuviera, tampoco podria estar… no se! escogiendola al azar! Para este caso tendria que ser especial! Tendria que ser una persona… inteligente, de buen humor, que sea comprensiva, complice… y Usted se acerca mucho a lo que estoy buscando.
DR: Me acerco? Y en que me distancio?
S: Uhn… bueno! Es inteligente, tiene buen humor… pero no es tan comprensiva como me gustaria… y esta lejos de ser la complice que yo busco.

S: Un… yo se cual es la mujer ideal.

S: (surprised at her sudden change reaction) que paso?

S: Si, no seria un dia nada facil con… su carro en las manos de ese mecanico.

S: Seria que yo tambien le sirvo de distraccion?… la verdad es que si, pero hay una gran diferencia. Yo me considero su amigo, y Usted me considera un paciente.

(Next morning he finds her in the garden, reading a book.. he asks to see the book, its called 'Algunos mecanismos neuroticos en los celos, paranoia y homosexualidad… de Sigmund Freud…
Seb takes a deep smell… he can't identify what it is… she says that our smell senses true things or things we remember from the past, but also 'cosas que queremos vivir pero que no hemos vivido… anhelos…'.
Then they begin a whole exchange conversation about what is olor vs perfume vs aroma…
She asks him to try to concentrate and identify the 'ideal woman' that he is thinking of… he can't put a face to her but it is not Gaviota, the aroma is not the same. Gaviota's aroma is more natural, like fresh soil or flowers.
Sebastian notices Dra. Reyes also has a distinct 'aroma', she says it’s her perfume, he asks which brand, she won't tell him… says the brand is not important, it is the sensation it triggers that is important.
(Gaviota is getting ready, Salinas is coming to pick her up to go to his apt to cook the coffee dishes… she tells Carmenza about it, Carmenza is concerned Gav will spend the whole day at a single man's apt, Gaviota says Marta is also going… as Gav is leaving, Carmenza gives her a blessing but also says…'Mucho juicio!)
Dra Reyes is asking Seb what happened with the women in Europe. He says since he had that physical problem every time he tried to make love with them, he thought it was pointless to begin a romantic relationship until he got the physical problem fixed… but Gav ended up being the exception to his problem.
DR: Que tenia ella de especial frente a las demas mujeres?
S: Gaviota… era muy diferente. Ella tenia una… sensualidad particular!… no se! Seria dificil compararla con las demas mujeres! Yo no se si era por su condicion de recolectora o el clima, o el traje… yo no se! Pero me atrajo desde el primer momento! Ella si tenia un aroma que me atraia hacia ella. Me impacto su dulzura, su ingenuidad! Su agresividad! (LOL!) La verdad es que ella tenia un poco de todo. Desde el primer dia que la vi, me dieron unos deseos locos de besarla, de estar con ella, era una atraccion… bueno, una mezcla de una atraccion amorosa y sensual que nadie habia despertado en mi.
DR: Y su esposa?
S: Bueno, Lucia… Lucia aparentemente se ajustaba al tipo de mujer que un hombre con mis limitaciones buscaria! Eso fue lo que mas me atrajo en ella. Su pacividad, su frialdad, su paciencia. Ella no se parecia en nada a las mujeres que yo habia conocido en Europa. Era mas bien… dulce, queria hacer un hogar. Aunque… eso tampoco era lo que yo estaba buscando. Ella no se acercaba al calor y la sensualidad de Gaviota.
DR: Podria identificar a Lucia con un detalle en especial… un aroma, por ejemplo!
S: No, Lucia… jamas genero… cualquier tipo de atraccion. Ella no tenia ningun tipo de aroma con el que la pudiera identificar o reconocer.
DR: Pudieron ser amigos?
S: Al principio si, pero despues todo se fue desbaratando. No era el tipo de amistad, pues, con el que pudieramos abordar unos temas mas intimos. Ella era muy timida.
DR: Y Usted nunca tuvo una amiga o una mujer que considerara su confidente?
S: Pues no, como le dije. Las mujeres me provocaban cierto temor. La unica confidente que he tenido en mi vida ha sido mi hermana Marcela. Y fuera de ella, la unica mujer con la que he podido hablar, o mantener lo que se aproximaria a una amistad, seria Gaviota. Nosotros hemos tenido de todo. Pero… yo tampoco la consideraria una amiga! La verdad es que yo nunca he tenido amigas. Siempre he sido un poco timido.
DR: A mi no me parece que sea timido.
S: Pues ahora que lo pienso, Usted ha sido la unica amiga que yo he tenido en la vida. Bueno, yo la considero amiga aunque haya una relacion profesional de por medio. Pero… la verdad es que yo nunca he estado con una mujer… como lo he estado con Usted.
DR: Es la primera vez que lo atiende una mujer psicologa?
S: Si! Y espero que sea la ultima.
DR: Yo tambien lo espero. Continuaremos en la tarde.
S: Pense que jamas ibamos a almorzar! (relieved)

S: Pero es que yo ya le dije que me traumatiza comer solo!
DR: Puedo presentarle a otros pacientes…
S: No, no, no!… ni se le ocurra! De pronto me pegan mas males o… si me encuentra otros pacientes que tienen lo mismo que yo, de pronto corren el riesgo de que les arme aqui un sindicato de locos y acabemos con este lugar! No, mas bien si no puedo comer con Usted, mejor yo como solo.
DR: Entonces… aqui en la tarde.
S: Daniela! No me va a decir el nombre de su perfume?
DR: Es solamente un perfume, Sebastian. A Usted lo que le importa es el aroma y la fragancia natural de la mujer. El perfume es algo artificial. Algo… preparado. (leaves)

(Sebastian gets home and tells Lucia about his plans for the marketing trip and his weekend therapy session with psychologist. HE also comments to her about him not being comfortable with her staying home alone and sending the maid on vacation. Strange things have been happening (he had asked Paula what the ladies drank the night of the coctel at the apt and Paula had told him they drank some punch, not the wine bottle) She replies that she has stayed alone with the baby before and she has been fine… He comments that even the guard downstairs was reassigned elsewhere (he asked the other guard and they had told him that it was Lucia that called the company and that is why they reassigned the other guy)… She gets suspicious of so much questioning and his facial expression…)
L: Te noto un tono extraño, Sebastian. Quieres hacerme alguna pregunta? Puedes hablar de frente conmigo. Tienes alguna duda de mi?
S: (looks at her wondering what's up with her concern…) Estas paranoica, Lucia. Te pasa algo?

Margarita calls Gav before sending the fax and reads the fax to her over phone… Seb is standing by her… Gav asks if Seb is there and Marg says yup… Gav asks to speak to him, he refuses… Gav says No, ok! We get the message, no need to send the fax now… Gav goes to Salinas office and tells him about Seb's response

Dr. Angel (the Roya campaign boss Gaviota had before) comes to see Mauricio Salinas, tells him his wife tome him the Vallejo wives have been campaigning against Gaviota, saying she and Dr. Angel had affair. He tells M it was over teas, the main objective of these meetings is to undermine Gaviota's reputation… Dr Angel is very reluctant to say what stories, MS insists in knowing them… so he tells M..)

LOL! Marcela replies 'gracias cuñada!' kidding around…Gav feels embarrassed that Marcela heard her explode about the Vallejo wives …Gaviota takes Marcela into her office… Harold begins to pace around, Salinas notices him and invites him to some coffee in his office…)
(Gav tells Marcela about the call to CE, and Sebastian's response… and about what the Vallejo wives are doing now against her… She tells Marcela she is now a witness that the V wives were on the guest list up until she found out about this new plan against her… Gav warns Marcela that this battle with the V wives will last but is not against her or Cecilia… She tells Marcela she has Dr Salinas unconditional support… Marcela tells Gaviota that Harold also has 'sindrome de Salinas agudizada' lately… (is jealous of Dr Sal)
(Gav says this jealousy thing is not normal anymore… Gav asks Marcela about Sebastian. Gav is surprised to hear he is doing good, because that is not the message she got with the fax and call from CE.
(Salinas and Harold begin Coffee-talk, to Harold's surprise, some of the best coffees in the world come from countries like Tanzania and Ethiopia ('negros' are also involved in the coffee world, and in significant ways. Salinas and Harold get along really well, joking around and enjoying each other's company…)
(Gav gives the impression to Marcela that she is surprised Seb is able to overcome the anxiety by himself)
Marc: … Dejelo en paz! Quien la entiende? Usted le dijo que la dejara en paz. Tambien le dijo que la enloqueceria si no la dejaba en paz! Ahora EL esta en tratamiento y terapia…… Desde esta noche Usted va a tener la libertad y la tranquilidad que tanto le pidio a Sebastian…
(Harold and Salinas say goodbye when Marcela comes out of Gav's office… when they are leaving…)
Harold: Te voy a decir una cosa… Ese maldito… es encantador!! (referring to Salinas)

I believe we are on or about the end of ep 111... I have about one post worth of 112.
by
and 113-115 have the therapy diagnostics sessions between Seb and Dra Reyes, and the simultaneous deep conversation between Gav and Salinas at his apartment. That's about the only important stuff in these three eps... but these conversations are quite long... I will summarize where I don't see the point in typing up every word... will concentrate on the relevant scenes.
