So if he pioneered he had to be baptised. Why was he never disfellowshipped? They hardly led a "theocratic" lifestyle. Do you know how old he was when he pioneered? Touring, recording, etc. is, as reported by other performers, very demanding and time consuming. When did he find the time to pioneer? I don't know I still wonder.
