we only have one living relative still in (my wife's aunt). I'd hate to have to think about going to a KH to listen to some guy counting his time over a casket. I'm not sure how the service will be handled when the time comes as her siblings are either DF'd or were never witnesses, and her kids are DF'd. I'll go if some one thinks I need to be there, all though it might make a few people uncomfortable.
"Brother Thomas we haven't seen you in a long time, do they allow beards in the KH where you live?"
"Beats me. The church I attend doesn't care and I haven't been in a KH since 1989."
Would be their problem, not mine.
