Well,

I had actually enjoyed a few years of open communication with them. Not long visits or meals of course, but I could pick up the phone and talk to Mom or Dad anytime I liked and Dad would call me and send emails. Then, December of 2009, any and all communication ceased. I was seriously ill for almost a year and moved back to Florida. Since the first of the year I have left several messages and sent mails trying to make contact, but never any response. I just figured that the borg had issued a new directive or something. I had been out of contact with everyone for so long I thought I may have missed something. Oh well...doesn't break my heart or anything like that...the guilt is on them. I tried to keep a relationship of sorts going, but it is their choice. Anyway, it's good to be back in the land of the living and see that everyone is still kickin'.
