my sister Franceen is dead, she managed to finally kill herself. The police called to let us know they found her body in Ontario in her car, she lives in Boise Idaho.
She has struggled with bi polar for 20 odd years, sad years as not much joy in her life, now maybe she is at peace. I am sick to my stomach right now, we all tried so hard to help her, nothing helped after the death of her son ( was beheaded in front of her at boat race)...now she can be at peace.
He daughter lives in Sylvania, some where over in Russia or someplace, so will be awhile befor she can get here.
I know I have to live for now, this is becoming clearer every day...
Oh Helen, I am so sorry. I can't even imagine what you are going through. Perhaps the only comforting thing, as you have said, is that now she is not tortured by her illness and the death of her son. My heart goes out to you and to your family.
I'm so sorry for your loss. So awful that she witnessed the violent death of her son. I can't imagine anyone really recovering from something like that. Sounds like she couldn't.
I lost a sister, too, though many years ago and in different circumstances. Still, I think I can empathize with some of what you're feeling. It sucks.
I'm so sorry to hear about your sister Helen. She IS at peace now. She is with God. She didn't know what she was doing because at that state of mind you just want to stop the internal pain. My heart is with you and the family that remains. Don't blame her but forgive her.
I'm thinking of you and sending you some huge hugs!
Luv ya

Helen, I'm so sorry to hear your news. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Just take one day at a time, one moment at a time, and even one breath at time. I know I have just met all of you here, but when you're ready to talk more remember we are only one click away, and I'm gonna go out on a limb and speak for the group .... we will all be here waiting with big open arms.
Much Love,
Karen

I'm so sorry to hear this Helen. What a tortured life she must have had. How are you doing? Taking care of yourself through all of this?

we are waiting for the autopsy and toxicological "stuff" she had said she was going to do it but this is what the Sheriff said about the scene where she died.
( funeral is later in the week)

ONTARIO-A Boise woman was found dead in her car Thursday afternoon on Moores Hollow Road, a few miles from Interstate 84, in what Malheur County Sheriffs Office deputies say appears to be an accidental death.
Malheur County Sheriffs Det. Dan Perkins said a local rancher discovered Franceen Ikenberry, 49, in the back seat of her car at around noon and called authorities.
Perkins said his preliminary findings indicate accidental death, possibly caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. He said there was nothing found in the vehicle or on her person to indicate cause of death, however, a deformity in the cars exhaust system was found along with evidence of an exhaust leak.
Still, he said, the cause of death is pending on a toxicity and drug screenings that could identify other factors. Perkins said, while family members told police Ikenberry had made suicide threats the day before, there were no signs in the car to point to anything other than accidental death. Perkins also said there was no physical injury to her body and no evidence that anybody was in the car with her.
Its accidental or suicide, and, at this point, its still pending, he said.
Perkins said police are waiting to get information about Ikenberrys actions the day before, looking into receipts made from shopping transactions. He said the last contact that was made with Ikenberry was at a store in Boise at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
He also said he did not know of any reason why Ikenberry would be on Moores Hollow Road, except it is possible it was a stop between where her sister lived in Yakima, Wash., and Boise. Perkins said, however, she was not carrying anything with her except a purse, and a pillow and blanket was found with- in the back seat of her car, indicating she might have stopped to take a nap while leaving the car running.
It appears she dies after she went to sleep in a normal position, Perkins said.
Perkins said, while she left the rear window open, it is possible carbon monoxide from the leak came through the open window and was actually trapped inside by the wind.
Her car was first spotted running by the rancher at around 8 a.m. and was still running when he returned at around noon, which prompted him to investigate, Perkins said.
