I guess they have their off days - haven't had one yet with my guy, but always expect it! What I do that one TD and a lady that gets Rotties to do 100 pnt tracks, is to do the box on occassion for a while and pull them off with the slightest waning of interest and have them wanting more... put them up and then the next day do the same thing - then go back out of the box. But I am not horribly experienced either in schutzhund tracking - just following the advise of those that are! The only problem is my boy will stay on a track until the cows come home - even if there are no more treats he is snorting dirt because there is scent left and he is just SURE if there is scent, there HAS to be one more treat somewhere, buried deep... he burrows furrows!! hahaha I will go check out the group - like I said, I don't think we can ever get too much informational input!! Who knows when it might come in handy!! Thanks
