I received the same phone call. It was at 4:20 A.M. This is a totally unacceptable hour for any calls but especially since my daughter-in-law, who is pregnant, was having complications yesterday, and a call at this time of the morning was very alarming. I would like to know to whom I can complain. Who sponsors and pays for these calls? I am on two "Do Not Call" lists.
