9 times out of 10 these automated, as well as telemarketing calls, are computer dialed. The computer just dials numbers at random. I'm sure Fran Drescher doesn't personally have control over when these calls come in. However many organizations are ruinning 24-7 and are in different time zones. Possibly even other countries. I am sensing a little animosity here. Try not to be too angry or upset. Now the calls I can't stand getting in the wee hours of the morning are these wrong numbers from people who are obviously drunk. I am more upset by those calls. They pick up frequency during the summer months for some reason.
