hi, my name is wayne and my mom and i are huge nanny fans and have been for years, my mom is my life, im 43 and my mom is 64, a horrific accident happened to my family last year when my parents were hit by a train in there car in stamford ct . i lost my dad, my mom they brought back to life after three hours of being stuck in the car,she was in ICU for over 2 months then in gaylord hospital in wallingford ct for 5 months with major brain damage. no one can imagine the bond between my mom and i and the gift of laughter we shared our whole lives, which she always called a "quirk", my mom is everything to me. she doesnt know who i am half the time now and i must have gone thru ten klenex while trying to write this so far. anyway while in the hospital i was wheeling my mom to a therapy class and as we passed the lounge, the tv in there was on and of course the " nanny " was on and i saw my mother turn her head to the tv and her face lit up, i couldnt believe it!! we stayed there and watched it, not knowing that the whole hospital was looking for us, security is tight there!!! my mom is home in her house now and i leave lifetime on for her all day so she can watch "the nanny" if anyone knows how i could get a signed autograph for my mom let me know,i think she would love it, her name is marie, her whole life she was a beautiful, colorful woman and woke a room up when she walked in,reminded me of fran, now she is pretty much confined to a wheel chair and is in a daze most of the time now, im broken hearted as is the rest of my family, thanks for listening to my story, wayne
