For US it would be 1000 billions or one trilliard if I am not mistaken.

Europeans would say 1000 milliards or 1 billion. The US billion is for European 1 milliard, whereas 1000 milliards are one billion. One thousand billions would be one trillion and 1000 trillions are one trilliard.

However, what we can say (substantiated this time) is, that it is a hell of a lot of money.
