burgundy

Frankly I think anyone even contemplating such wines are nuts - but thats Burgundy for you. A sip of heaven after which we are constantly chasing over-priced, fickle , delicate wines which usually cause more dissapointment than joy.... but when the stars align... its an experience unobtainable from the best of bordeaux in the best of years. I guess we either hand-carry the babies back ( which is me) or ship them in highly padded cartons on reefers.
