report? Then I would like to know what the dishes look like when they are not simply cooked.

This was a marvelous Chinese dinner and I wished I was there (without the 398 other guests of course because they would only have hendered me from dining in peace).

But joking apart, you have given us a wonderful glimpse to a succulent dinner and the photos (particularly the one of the shrimps) are perfect.
