Response to Ice cream flavours you may not have tried
by heating the cream with the bacon in it, rather than adding some kind of bacon flavouring. Also, he uses liquid nitrogen to freeze the ice cream to achieve the requisite texture (not sure how he does this... I am interested as someone that has made their own ice cream in the past, by hand-churning, not using a machine).
It's served as a started, rather than as a desert.
