Response to Traditional Taoist dietetics. . .
As Melvyn notes - everything in moderation.
I try to eat three portions of vegetables each day and three pieces of fruit, which I just about manage. There's just so much conflicting advice though, but I feel that my diet is relatively healthy.
Most vegetables aren't terribly pleasant raw anyway, and most of the ones that do taste nice raw are invariably fruits anyway, i.e. tomatoes, cucumbers etc., so I am unsure as to why it really ought to be an issue for most people.
