That must have been in 1996 visiting some clients. We met him, an American, for dinner, at one of the grottos mentioned in this thread. I recall the nice ambience, sitting under the trees. A cool summer breeze then, unlike this summer's 35 degree celcius or higher temperatures. The best thing was having a nice bottle of Chianti or two, and the food was simply delicious. Too bad I cannot recall the name of the place as I did not have a PDA with me at that time but recall it was a good 15 minute drive from the town square. Cheers.
