ezard at the adelphi in melbourne for a wonderful fusion meal this year--innovative and well portioned.this was matched with a fairly eclectic wine list at affordable prices.thecrispy fried pork hock was simply delicious!

four seasons restaurant in new york ,although old and established ,provided me with an enjoyable meal of lobster soup served in a stylish and more than generous portion and an interesting bison steak and foie gras combination.this was accompanied by selection of well matched wines by the glass/half bottle

la gavroche in parklane,london for what is probably the best valued lunch with a good selection of half bottle red/white included in the price.michel roux's cuisine was both interesting and innovative
