With all this over-fishing, how do you get 3-pound lobsters?
I see Rosemarie is still involved with the supply side but there is no mention of her current choice of 'wheels' or 'piece' 
My closest experience was 'The Red Lobster', which was a stretch-pant affair but nothing like the freeflow buffet at Crusty's.
