I am planning my wedding. As a happy amateur chef, I want to make all the food myself.
I am very into Northern Italian and Portuguese foood - the Italian approach is pure joy to me, but for Norwegians Portuguese food is like coming home and stepping into the mediterranean at the same time.
However, there is one problem: I will not be unable to make the food on the morning of my wedding. Therefore: I need to make something on the day before, and then reheat it. I know that this is not ideal - but what could fit into such a scheme.
