Thanks for starting this thread. I am particularly fond of the teas from Mariage Freres, and am sipping some tea now as I type this response! Their shops in Paris especially the main one in Marais is a fantastic place to indulge. I like their Earl Grey Teas very much when they add the Bergamot flower that provides an amazing fragrance. The Imperial version is very good as well. They also do a very good Long Chin. There are well over 100 different types from all the world to choose from including the first flush of Darjeeling. Note that there a few shops in Tokyo as well. They do great tea pots as well.
BTW, I was in Uppsala this week and had some wonderful reindeer meat and Swedish schnapps! Great Anatomical Theater at the University for those interested in such things.
