Thanks fr your kind remarks. Indeed, warm sake and grilled matsutake mushrooms (see recent Glutton post by Fumanku) is my next objective when I return to Tokyo. I'm currently drowning in NYC and NJ, where they had 8 days of rain = 20 inches in parts!
