Hi,

Sabatier knives are frnech. Thought the steel is excellent, an the whole knife too, it is clearly not made for home use (except one specific line, very "enlightened"), but for professionnal use (butcherry in particular, because of their historic demand).
That's why it was created as a tool, not more !
Interesting in fact if you're hunting and looking for a reliable knife to use regularly, otherwise...
