I am a bit late for this thread but I would like to share with you my passion of Japanese knives.
From left to right :
Hiromoto "High Carbon" 270mm Gyuto, Hiromoto "Aogami Super" 270mm Sujihiki, Hattori "HD" 240mm Gyuto, Ryusen "Blazen" 180mm Gyuto and Ryusen "Blazen" 135mm Petty
Add some Tojiro "DP Sweden Steel Warikomi"(Honesuki and Usuba), some cleaver (Dexter and CCK), some Henkels (Santoku and Utility) and you got the whole set :
