Funny you should mention Acqua di Parma Colonia Assoluta.....one of my favourites....that I have run out off. No more standard size bottles!
As Mrs MTF is not that keen on this classic unisex scent (Audrey Hepburn & Cary Grant can't be wrong) for herself, I hide my stash in my computer room and I am holding a tiny sample bottle right now as I am typing this and wondering whether to use it for a dinner date later.
The problem with most citrons and especially Acqua di Parma is lack of stamina - they fade quickly. I always carried a small "rescue bottle" when at work, to recharge, because it would never last until the evening.
On the other hand, 'citron citron' by Miller Harris seems to last longer and has a greener and woody palette to the initial citrus bite, if I had any left sniff
