Artic Char (Iceland): bacon, romanesco, red wine.

Tenderloin of Veal: crushed weiser farms king edwards potatoes, pied de mouton, soy, spinach.

Market Cheeses: corvina, allegrini, palazzo della torre.

Blood Orange Sorbet: black olive nougatine.
