"Side Street Inn" in Oahu, Hawaii. This is the classic "hole in the wall" where all the top chefs of Oahu go to when they go eat.

Poke is the island specialty. Ahi tuna with ogo/hawaiian salt/shoyu. You have to try this everywhere since everybody has their own secret recipe. Yummy!


Crispy spring rolls.


Wing Dings. Everywhere I go, I have to have some form of hot wings.


Kalbi. Hawaiian style korean ribs. A little sweeter than the korean version.


Fried gizzards. Very, very good.
