I would like to get some restaurant recommendation for some (maybe one or two from each location) of your best restaurants in SFO, LAX and Las Vegas. May it be French, Italian, Californian (????), a good steak house (any local hidden gems?), but no fusion please... Budget not an issue, much prefer the restaurant to be amongst the finest and top ones (not using the word "best" as this may vary according to personal taste).
It has been more than 5 years that I've been to the USA and I have basically lost touch with the top list...
