I am always puzzled by the ravages of the little red book from Michelin. They did the same to Amphocles in Paris: 2 stars deleted overnight! Who do you have to sleep with, to do that?
Look at the attention to detail on the Bruneau dish; it's an Autumn theme of ingredients and the porcelain has autumnal tree motif.
