Did you try the dumpling (shiu may)? It's yummy when you serve it with the goma sauce. Mizu 212 goma sauce is tasty, but I like Swish Shabu goma sauce a little bit more.
Where is the next Shabu Shabu place you're going to try? How about Shabu Shabu House in Little Tokyo, CA... just be prepared to wait over 1 1/2 hours during lunch or dinner prime time
