you have quite a collection there, predominantly bordeaux
most of your clarets from the 2000s are still improving in the bottles and should be enjoyed at a later date
the 83 mouton and the carruades de lafite(various vintages),the 97 baron pichon should be drinking well now either with meat or any cheese that is not too strong or sharp
the 02 tourelles and most of the 04s from the 2000s are certainly approachable now and will make enjoyable drinking
as for your almavivas you can drink them now or keep them---they have developed wonderfully ,especially the 97 and the 01 is drinking well now--delicious with all the nuances and complexity of a top grade st julien with nary a hint of tannin or oak---i'm drinking my 02s now and just attempting the 07 which i found too young last year!they are a snip in price compared to a similar quality of claret, and beats the value of opus 1 which i also happen to like!
my two cents worth
best
