There is one drawback though, You have to go with one or two other people. The duck is way too much for one person as I learned today.
Simon comes to the table and cuts the meat and skin off the duck
Then he shows you how to fold the duck
And then you eat and eat and ..... well you get the idea.
Next serve is duck meat with stir fried bean shoots- amazing
Finally the remains of the duck are made into a wonderful clear soup with ginger and chilli and pepper- to die for
