Fresh produce, the start of a great meal. I hope you love exploring markets for raw ingredients as much as I do. I particularly enjoy doing this when travelling to new places. You can get a real insight into the locals by seeing how they shop and eat. These photos were taken in open street markets in Paris in early May 2012.
