Zoie Leigh, my newest granddaughter. She was born @ 7:06 am today...weighing in @ 6 lbs 2.6 oz. and 19 inches long. She is beautiful. I will get pictures soon and post them. I forgot my camera this morning..bad granny!! lol

Congratulations Barb!! I know how proud and excited you must be...but you obviously didn't ger any sleep! lol Get some rest then post her pics. I can't wait to see them!

omgggggg mom, i didnt know you got another grandbaby! You just told me that you went to hospital regarding grandma etc etc... Lots going there right now wiht you , im sure. Anyways, its always nice to have babies in the house...

Zoie and her Mom came home Friday, finally. Zoie had fluid in her lungs when she was born and had to stay in NICU for a few days. Then she was not eating enough, but she finally learned what food was and she is fine.

I'm totally exhausted at night with taking care of Zoie's big brother, Taylor, who will be 2 yrs old on the 29th of this month and going to check on Mom in Rehab Hospital for physical therapy..and we (as in my kids and sister and her kids) painting and putting new floors in before Mom comes back home.

I promise I will get pictures of Zoie on her soon.

How's mom now? How's her physical therapy going Barb? What was she in for? so many questions, so little time

great !!!

She could not get up out of the bed, she was in so much pain, I had to call for the ambulance to take her to the ER and then they put her in the hospital for a week and then in rehab for physical therapy for 3 weeks.

Mom's home but she has her bad days, some days she is in too much pain that she can not walk, I have to get her around in the wheel chair. She is getting another injection in her back Tuesday and this should help with the pain and she should be able to walk. She also is getting a brace because her knee wants to buckle backwards.

I'm taking it one day at a time with her.
