I have and Old Wood Canvas Thompson canoe. Its in very good shape yet and I wood like to know what model it is, and maybe when it was built. The cedar is good and even the canvas is OK. It has a Thompson metal label on the front decking. I was thinking about reintroducing it to the water, as it has been stored inside for over 30 years.

Thomson Brothers were building w/c canoes from approx. 1904 to 1956. Over the years they manufactured about 12 different models and most of those models could be had in lenghts from 15 feet to 18 feet, so we are talking about approx. 30 different models. To be able to determine what model you have I would need photos, measurements and detailed information of construction details.
