Can anyone help me ID these cylinders, please?

I'm told these are BT Evo cylinders (look too long to be Sporty)--by a guy who inherited them and doesn't know much about bikes. But, they have 10 and not the customary 12 fins. They're polished. I'm thinking that the bottom two fins were taken off to make a longer bottom skirt. I've seen this on custom Shovels, but not on Evos. The "95," I'm thinking, shows these to be H-D. But, I'm not sure about the "R O."
